Memorial Day in Huntsville
They always do a special program in our little Huntsville Cemetary
It's a tradition to "collect the brass" - so here's to you Uncle Leo

Grandpa Hislop's memorial - we love you!

Sweet sisters!

Happy Easter!

What's better than summer?

(check out Lexxy's marshmallows!)

Ady had to show off her talent too...
2 years & 4 months and riding a bike by herself.
She wants run with the big dogs!

Lexxy is training-wheel free! (thanks to Uncle Brian)

She was so anxious to get them off - it took her 15 minutes and she was off like there was no tomorrow. Our cousins came for the weekend and Uncle Brian took them off and ran with her... She loves it! One goal down for the summer

A day as a Princess!
Well when you live in a home of 3 girls, you are always a princess - but this day was a special one. Lexxy's dance teacher is Miss Utah and had to do a fundraiser. This is what she did for these sweet girls.
*We made a wish with a Fairy Godmother
*Had our pictures taken with Royalty
*Crowned with a beautiful tiara
*Rode in a horse drawn carriage
*Fingernails painted
*Enjoyed a lovely lunch
and much, much more...

The PERFECT Fairy Godmother!

Yes, this is the true Princess (late for a nap!)

How to celebrate your 36th birthday:

1. morning chores & craziness with their dad!
2. afternoon naps (no, not for me!)
3. it's finally time to get ready for Lexxy's dance competition & an early dinner with muppy & pops
4. when you start doing her hair she starts gettin the chills and complaining that her body aches
5. stop doing her hair so she can lay down
6. get some medicine in her so that you can still possibly get to dinner
7. not a chance!
The evening ends up with Lexxy in bed with strep throat and mommy feeling sorry for herself for about 1 second.

Yep, that's what happened this year - but isn't that what being a mommy's all about!
So Sunday, I made me a birthday cake and shared just a little with my girls... ha ha
Happy Birthday to me!
